Eligibility Criteria
- The applicants must be a permanent resident of Odisha state.
- The Odisha state citizen must be a farmer by profession.
- The farmers must be as small and marginal farmer.
- The farmer must have an Aadhar-linked bank account.
Exclusion Criteria
- Minors who are below the age of 18 years are not eligible for the scheme.
- Medium and large farmers are not eligible.
- Only one person from a household can apply.
- Any family member who pays Income tax or is a government employee is not eligible.
- Professionals such as doctors, engineers, architects, etc cannot apply for the scheme.
- Farmers without a valid ration card are not eligible for the scheme.

Number of Beneficiary
- A total of 46 lakh small and marginal farmers are 19 lakh landless agricultural households will be selected as beneficiaries under the CM Kisan Yojana.
