Priority is given to households headed by women, small and marginal farmers, landless laborers with homesteads, households with physically disabled people, and SCs/STs households.
  • Groups of households in urban areas that practice open defecation and lack access to household toilets are eligible.
  • Individuals who have a graduate degree in any discipline and have at least 10 years of experience as a state or national level trainer may be eligible. Should have facilitated training for government, externally aided projects, or NGOs of national/international repute.
