The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authorities has launched the MHADA Konkan Lottery 2024. To provide affordable housing facilities to all the financially unstable citizens of Maharashtra state the Maharashtra State Authorities have introduced the MHADA Konkan Lottery 2024. According to the Government of Maharashtra state, a total of more than 12000 houses in various districts of Maharashtra state will be listed under the lottery scheme. Maharashtra state government has introduced MHADA Konkan Lottery 2024 under the scheme namely the First-Come, First-Served (FCFS) Scheme and Flat Sale Scheme. All the citizens of Maharashtra state who want to avail the benefits of these schemes must fill out the registration form online.
About MHADA
The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authorities is a government official body that was made by the Maharashtra state government. This official body was created to provide affordable houses to all the financially unstable citizens of Maharashtra state. Various regions of Maharashtra state like Pune and the Konkan Region including parts of the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) such as Thane, Vasai, Virar, Mira Road, and Raigad district among others have housing facilities under the scheme. According to the reports the houses under the scheme are available at a rate from INR 1.1 crore to INR 12 crore.

First-Come, First-Served (FCFS) Scheme
The First-Come, First-Served (FCFS) Scheme was introduced by the MHADA Konkan Lottery 2024. Under this scheme, the house range will start from INR 14 lakh which will go all the way to INR 21 lakh. All the citizens of Maharashtra state who belong to the economically weaker section of the society and have an annual income of less than INR 6 lakh are eligible to apply for houses under the scheme.

Flat Sale Scheme
The Flat Sale Scheme was introduced by the MHADA Konkan Lottery 2024. Under this scheme, the house range will start from INR 3.5 lakh which will go all the way to INR 37 lakh. All the citizens of Maharashtra state who belong to the EWS, LIG, MIG, and HIG categories are eligible to apply. To prove that annual income the citizen must have a valid income certificate.

MHADA Konkan Lottery Apply Online
STEP 1: Applicants need to first visit the official MHADA website of MHADA. Registration for the lottery can be done online.
STEP 2: Now click on the option called “Register” present on the homepage. The option will be available on the menu bar.
STEP 3: The registration form will open on your screen. You have to enter important information in the registration form such as User Name For Login, Password, Confirm Password, First Name, Father’s/Husband’s/Middle Name, Surname/Last Name, Date of Birth (dd-mm-yyyy), and Mobile Number.
STEP 4: After entering all the details the citizens must click on the option “submit” to complete their process.

STEP 1: All the citizens of Maharashtra state who want to do MHADA Konkan Lottery Payment are requested to visit the official website.
