Farmers in Andhra Pradesh would receive financial help from the government of Rs 20,000 (Rs 6,000 Central and Rs 14,000 State) annually under the Annadata Sukhibhava plan. Under the Rythu Bharosa initiative, the former YSRC government gave farmers cash support of Rs 13,500 (Rs 6,000 Central and Rs 7,500 State) every year.
