Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria for applying under this scheme is simple and is given below:-
- All the residents of India/Nonresidents who are neither prohibited by the government of India nor by the U.P. Government under any specific rules to purchase any immovable property in U.P. shall be eligible for applying under this scheme
- The age of the candidate should not be less than 18 years.
- The candidate can receive the plot from this scheme if he or she has not availed benefits of any other property-related schemes I the state.
- The eligible candidates can only apply for one plot under this scheme.
- Under this scheme, if more than one plot will be assigned to the family members of the same family, within one month of the date of allotment, the plot will be surrendered.
