The Government of India has announced the PMAY Scheme Next Phase 2024. The President of India Mr Narendra Modi is all set to start the new phase of the PMAY scheme that will provide housing facilities to the financially unstable citizens of India. The Central Government of India will start the next phase of the PMAY scheme from Jharkhand state by providing sanction letters to 20,000 citizens of Jharkhand state. With the help of the new phase, the Government of India will provide housing facilities to all the citizens who are not able to afford a permanent house.
What is PMAY Scheme?
The Pradhan Mantri Aawas Yojana is one of the most glorious schemes that was launched by the Central Government of India. Under this scheme, the central government helps homeless citizens to get permanent housing by providing various benefits. The citizens will receive financial assistance from the government so that they can build their pucca house. Under the new face of the scheme, the central government aimed to construct 2 crore houses in rural areas and 1 crore in urban areas. A total of 5 crore citizens of India are selected to receive the financial assistance under the PMAY Scheme Next Phase 2024.
Objective of PMAY Scheme Next Phase
The main objective of announcing the PMAY Scheme Next Phase is to provide housing facilities to all citizens who are left out from the previous phase. The ruler development Minister of India Mr Shivraj Singh Chauhan announced that the government introduced the next phase to help those citizens who are not able to receive the benefits of the PMAY scheme. Till now the central government of India has built a total of 2.96 lakh houses in urban and rural locations across India. The new phase of the PMAY scheme will start in Jharkhand state where the government has planned to build 1,13,195 houses.

STEP 2: Once the citizens reach the home page of the official website they must click on the option called For Slum Dwellers or Benefits under other 3 components under the option called Citizen Assessment.
STEP 3: A new page will appear on your desktop screen the citizens must enter their Aadhar card number and click on the option check.
STEP 4: Now the application form page will appear on your desktop screen the citizens must enter all the details that are asked and attach all the necessary documents.
STEP 5: Now on the new page the farmers must enter the capture code and click on the option save to complete their process.
