Eligibility Criteria for Orunodoi 3.0 are as follows:
- Applicant must be a permanent resident of Assam.
- Applicant should have valid Aadhaar-seeded Ration Card.
- Applicant must be an adult woman (18 years or older) from a household.
- Widows, unmarried women (45+), divorced, deserted, or transgender individuals.
- Individuals with disabilities (Divyangjan), irrespective of gender.
- Applicant should be elderly or infirm women.
- Women from households with disabled or elderly (60+) earners.
