NATS 2.0 Portal Registration:- The Government of India launched the NATS 2.0 Portal. To maximize apprenticeship opportunities among the students who hold a diploma or Graduation certificate in India, the University Grants Commission of India introduced the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme. With the help of this scheme, the government of India will help the students find suitable employers who will provide them with apprenticeships according to their skills.
After successfully completing the apprenticeship the students will receive a certificate from the employer that will help them to get a job easily. The UGC has directed all the higher education institutes in India to register their institutes under the NATS 2.0 portal to make sure the students are selected for the apprenticeship.
About NATS 2.0 Portal
The University Grants Commission of India has introduced the portal to increase apprenticeship opportunities among the students of higher education institutes. With the help of this portal, the Government of India wants the students to get hands-on job skills and become job-ready after completing their education. The National Apprenticeship Training Scheme was made according to the provisions of the Apprentices Act, 1961 amended in 1973. The students must be pursuing a graduation diploma or have a vocational certificate to be selected under the training scheme. Objective of National Apprenticeship Training Scheme
The main objective of launching the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme is to provide skill development and job training to freshly graduated students. The Apprentices are taught the latest applications, processes, and methodologies in their respective fields of work from some of the most renowned organizations in India. This training scheme will also help the students to adapt to office culture and environment. The duration of the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme is from 6 months to 1 year. The scheme covers graduated students or students pursuing either of the following categories Graduate, Graduate Sandwich, Technician, Technician Sandwich, and Technician Vocational.

STEP 1: All the Students who clear the eligibility criteria must visit the official NATS website and fill out the registration form on the NATS 2.0 portal.
STEP 2: Once the students reach the homepage of the official website they must click on the option student then click on the option register.
STEP 3: The students must now enter their email ID, mobile number, and captcha code and click on the option send OTP.
STEP 4: The applicant must now enter the OTP dead have received on the registered mobile number and click on the option submit.
STEP 5: The registration form will appear on your desktop screen the students must enter all the details that are asked and attach all the necessary documents.
