MMUA List 2025
This is to notify all the active participants of SHG that the Government has released the MMUA List 2025 Online. Under this list government revealed the names of those who are selected to receive benefits from the government under Mukhyamantri Mahila Udyamita Abhiyan. By offering this scheme government aims to cover a total of 39 lakh women who work in self-help groups in the state by providing financial assistance of INR 10,000 to them so that they are able to start their own business and become micro entrepreneurs in the state.

Motive of MMUA
The main motive of MMUA is to provide financial assistance to them so that they are able to start their own venture in various sectors and become independent. By offering this scheme government aims to ensure that every woman across the state who comes from SHG groups are able to earn a total of Rs 1 lakh per annum. Under this scheme government provides financial assistance of Rs 10,000 to deserving women in the state.

Financial Benefits
- Under this scheme government provides financial assistance of Rs 10,000 to selected women beneficiaries from SHG, and the distribution process will start from April 1st,2025.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for Mukhyamantri Mahila Udymita Abhiyan, the applicant must have to clear the following eligibility criteria’s these are as mentioned below:-
- Applicant must be a permanent resident of Assam state
- Applicant must be an active member of SHGs promoted under ASRLM
- Applicant must have a valid and operational active Aadhar seeded savings bank account; if not, she must open the account before applying for the scheme
- Applicant must not be a defaulter of the SHG of which she is a member
- Federations, Banks, Financial Institutions, etc, those who availed of micro-Finance institutions before 2021 will not be deemed a defaulter.
- Applicant must have a business plan for her enterprise.
- Applicant must be involved in minimum one income-generating activity on her own.
- Applicant must not have more than three children in case of General/OBC category and four children in case of SC/ST/Tea Tribes/Moran and Matak category respectively.
- Applicant must submit a Sankalp Patra committing to restricting the number of children to two. If at present she has 0-2 children, three numbers of children, if she belongs to the General flash OBC category, and four numbers of children if she belongs to the ST/ SC /Moran/Matak/Tea Tribes community.
- If the SHG member has a girl child(ren) of school-going age, then the girl child(ren) should be admitted to a school. She will also have to sign the Sankalp Patra pledging to do the same in the future.

Phase-Wise Implementation Process
The MMUA is divided into three different phases these are as listed below:-
- The first phase of mmou will start from April 1st, in which the government provides financial assistance of Rs 10,000 per woman from SHG.
- In the second phase government declared that they would provide a loan up to Rs 25,000 and out of which 50% of the loan amount, i.e. 12,500, is a government subsidy and non-refundable, and the remaining 50% is a bank loan, which is refundable.
- Under the third-to-last phase government provides financial assistance of Rs 50,000 to selected SHG beneficiaries under MMUA.

- Step 2:- Once the applicant, which is the home page of the official website, then needs to locate and click on the ‘’Analytics’’ option.

- Step 3:- As the applicant clicks on analytics, the list will appear on the screen, and now the applicant can easily find their name in the MMUA List Online.
