Schedule of Payment for HUDA Plot Scheme

If you are one of the fortunate candidates who receives an allotment of a residential plot through the e-auction, you must adhere to the payment plan below.

  • 10% of the estimated plot cost is required as earnest money at the time the application is submitted.
  • Within 30 days of the letter of allotment’s issuing, 15% of the plot’s estimated cost is due.
  • Harmony Within sixty days of the allotment letter’s issuing, seventy-five percent of the tentative price of the plot must be paid in whole, interest-free, in one lump payment or six-monthly installments at a rate of nine percent.
  • The first installment is due once a full year has passed within the date on which the allocation letter was issued. However, interest on the remaining sum begins to accumulate on the day of the offer of ownership.
  • According to current policy, interest at the rate of 11% annually is assessed on late payments for the duration of the late payment.
